Stress is a normal part of our life; however, it could affect health seriously. It can weaken our awareness and concentration. Meditation is one of the most effective ways to reduce the stress or tension and increase the focus on the present job.
We provide meditation course in Chinese and English. There is meditation course in Chinese on every Monday, Tuesday at 7.30-9.00 p.m. . Meditation course in English can be arranged on the request.
Daily Meditation practice period
Chanting and meditation from Monday to Saturday at 6-7 p.m.
Registration is required, but walk-in is also allowed. There is no tuition fee, but donation for electricity and water fee is much appreciated.
