Our pace of life in Hong Kong is getting faster. We lose focus easily because we have many distractions such as social media and other communication tools. We need more efficient time management and relaxation to help us improve focus and concentration in our daily life. Many researches show that learning meditation skill not only can help many students develop their attention in class, but also help them improve their emotions and self-control.
We hope that we can help you improve your quality of life through meditation and other related skills. Therefore, we arrange meditation classes in Chinese and English. Meditation course in Putonghua is every Friday, 7.30-9.00 pm. . Meditation course in English is every Wednesday, 7.30-8.30 pm. (started on Sep 7 – Oct 26). Registration is required.Register Here
